In July 2022, we had a fabulous shoot at the stunning Lichtstudio in Pretoria West to showcase the beautiful gowns available at Naturally Obsessed Bridal Boutique. The team began early in the morning, with Deon from Dumant-Hair Studio handling the gorgeous hairstyles, and makeup done by Naturally Obsessed Bridal Boutique.
Behind the scenes, a lot of planning went into gathering the gowns, shoes, and accessories, but Xanet, Juanita, and Bianca ensured everything ran smoothly. Lizaan from Photastic Photography expertly captured all the behind-the-scenes moments.

The shoot was a blast, and everyone had a lot of fun. The studio’s abundant natural light created a beautiful glow, which we further enhanced using a Godox AD200 flash, allowing us to work with lower ISO values and add some extra contrast.
In the adjacent room, the models were prepped, and we worked efficiently to showcase all the gowns and ideas. Towards the end, we delved into the bridal boudoir genre while still highlighting the wide range of products from Naturally Obsessed Bridal Boutique.
The shoot was a blast and everybody had lots of fun.
Lighting was so easy. There is a lot of natural light in the studio giving an overall glow to the space. I enhanced this by shooting a Godox AD200 into one of the corners of the room, moving the flash with me as I work. This lifted the exposure in the room, making it possible to work with lower ISO values. It also helped to create a little bit more contrast than what we would have had with just the available light.
The models were prepped in the room next door and we had to work fairly fast to get through all the gowns and ideas. At the end of the shoot, we moved more into the bridal boudoir genre, still showcasing the wide range of products from Naturally Obsessed Bridal Boutique.
